Where can i find a rat breeder or shelter in Fremont, CA?

I live in the mission area and im planning on adopting two rats but from what i heard the rats at petco arent healthy so i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a rat breeder or shelter at a low price near Fremont , CA in or close to the Mission Area. Thx really appreciated!!!
