Am I self incriminating myself by seeing a psychiatrist? Can he have be committed to a hospital?

They can not give you medication, or surgery against your will. They cannot send you to a mental hospital without your consent. If you say "I want to kill myself", they can't, "I feel like killing other people" they can't BUT if you say "I'm going to kill myself by going into the kitchen and grabbing a knife then..." you get the idea, same thing goes with killing a SPECIFIC person or planning it out.
