How do you stand on this one?
Say for instance you have confided or shared the "truth" on YA that you don't like racists, and suddenly you find you are labelled a hypocrite or politically incorrect, simply for being honest. (Please apply this to any other truth also). Are you the type of person who would deny the truth or sweep it under the carpet or turn a blind eye to the truth, rather than (goodness forbid), take the chance of being accused of being politically incorrect? In other words is it more important to you to be esteemed by others or popular for your contributions on YA than to speak the truth and be labelled as politically incorrect? How many of you are afraid of the expressing the truth if it will make you look bad? To me the truth about anything is more important than my reputation. Who feels the same? Those of you who feel the same way as I do about this, have b*lls. Its better to be truthful in a nice way, than apathetic to whats going on around us. Apathy is way worse than being "unfashionable".
