Finger print tracing...?

With the fingerprints on the canister the officers can request suspects to submit to fingerprinting to eliminate the suspects. If a person refuses and the officers can articulate reasonable suspicion a judge could issue a search warrant for the suspect to submit to fingerprinting. Unless somebody got hurt or there was significant $$ damamge, I douby it will be pursued very far.
