Is every team going to a 2 RB system?

Only a few RB's carry their team nowadays. Like only LT, Portis, Forte, Slaton, Thomas Jones,Lynch. The days of one RB carrying a team looks to be fading or am I wrong. I mean there is the Raiders, Panthers, Titans, Giants, Falcons, Dolphins, etc tandems in the NFL. It seems to be more developing. This seems like a good system but it could hurt fantasy players lol.
