Easiest way for a thirteen year old to loose weight with limited options, before June? =) ?

More low carb veggies like green beans . spinach salads etc. Stomach crunches, leg lifts etc. running , jumping rope dancing and I bet you can find some videos at Google video. Just be careful no to over do it. You need to give your body a day to repair it self between workouts though you can exercise different parts of your body every other day but really don't obsess about it your still growing.
