Whats a good old original horror film for me to buy?

I already know about The Evil Dead Series,same with The Texas Chainsaw Macre,Halloween,George A. Romero's films,Wes Cravens films,John Carpenters films,Tobe Hoopers films,and keep it above the 1960s.So Could you name any good ones,most likely slashers or gory ones.
