What is the standard plate count value of cooked, sliced chicken in cfu/g ?

If properly handled, the plate count should be zero! Cooked chicken should be hot enough to kill all microbes. The slicing and packaging may expose the sliced meat to bacterial contamination. I don't know of any published data. The meat packers now maintain their own quality controls and probably wouldn't publish the results of plate counts!
