TCP/UDP Port forwarding help?

I'm doing some port forwarding. It asks for me to pick between TCP/UDP protocol. I am port forwarding so I can host on Warcraft 3 Battlenet. Which protocol should I pick? What # should I put for "Protocol Timeout (seconds)" (it says TCP default 86400 and UDP default 600)? Thanks for reading :)
