Do tarot readers/ psychics make good money?

They don't make that much money. My roommate did it, she was a telephone psychic. She made ends meet, but not much better than that. Mostly she counseled lonely women worried about their husbands or boyfriends. It wasn't about being psychic, it was about being sympathetic and comforting to them.
