CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE DIALOGUE IN MY STORY?

I have to say, the simplest way to handle this is to just write the english translation in italics. Make it clear that they're actually speaking italian, and write it in english. This makes the story easier for the reader to understand, and cuts out a lot of unnecessary dialogue (if the reader doesn't understand italian, then what's the point of putting it there?).
